Role of AEOs and Educational Administration in Teachers’ Performance at School

Educational Administration is one of the mechanisms that governments use to ensure accountability public in terms value for money invested education systems, and raise educational standards quality teaching schools. The major purpose this study was investigate “Role AEO’S Teachers’ Performance at Primary Level”. focused on determining relationship between supervision teachers’ performance schools Vehari. Researcher used co-relational design questionnaire developed five-point Likert scale find results basis findings conclusion. A total 50% samples taken from target population which include 28 (Male), 22 (Female) district Vehari were as a sample study. After analysis data, it found there significant role AEO’s administration teacher's developing vision about teaching, Administrative Supervision Helping Teachers their Performance. It recommended institutions concentrate turning pleasant things into helpful things, such leadership styles promote them tool not just communication enjoyment but also learning.
